The Society for International Affairs at Stanford (SIAS) is an organization whose history at Stanford spans more than 50 years. Our organization is dedicated to enhancing the student experience for those who are passionate about international affairs and connecting students with unique opportunities in the social sciences. To achieve our mission, we have a Model United Nations (MUN) team that travels throughout the country to compete in simulations of supranational bodies and debate a range of rich historical and/or contemporary topics pertinent to the international community. In order to provide Stanford students with this experience without any co-pays, SIAS requests Annual Grants funding for conference registration fees, lodging and airfare.
