Measure A Summary

In the 2015-2016 academic year, the Stanford students passed funding reform to improve the fiscal stability and annual funding allocation process. This reform created the Annual Grants process, however it only affected the Undergraduate population. To ensure that all Stanford student groups have a standardize funding experience whether they are graduate or undergraduate, the ASSU Task Force on Constitutional Reform has proposed this measure. It aims to:

  • Remove the $150 floor on the Student Activities Fee
  • Ensure regulatory harmony between the Graduate and Undergraduate populations
  • Condense the funding system from three Constitutional Articles into just one
